PNG or JPG for PDF pages?
Choose PNG when the page is mostly text, tables, line art or a diagram. PNG is lossless, so letter edges stay perfectly sharp with no compression fuzz around them — which is what you want if the image is going into a slide, a document, or anywhere it will be zoomed.
Choose JPG when the page is mostly photographic, or when file size matters more than absolute crispness. A text page as PNG is often smaller than the same page as JPG anyway, so PNG is the safer default for documents.

Why choose PNG over JPG for a PDF page?
PNG is lossless, so text and line art stay perfectly sharp. JPG introduces faint artefacts around high-contrast edges, which is most visible on exactly the kind of text-heavy page a PDF usually contains.
Will the PNG have a transparent background?
No. Pages are rendered on a white background, matching how the PDF prints and displays.
Is the PDF uploaded?
No. Rendering happens in your browser and the document never leaves your device.
Can I export only some pages?
